Michael Rotondo, the 30-year-old NY man who famously was ordered by a judge to move out of his parents' house, is apparently complying with the court's ruling, but apparently it's not going well.
Michael Rotondo was sued by his parents who said that they had made several attempts to evict him from their home in Syracuse, in NY state.
Michael Rotondo honked and waved to reporters as he pulled out of the driveway of his parents' split-level ranch in Camillus, N.Y., 2 1/2 hours before the noon deadline set by a judge last week.
"I don't see why the judge wants to throw people on the street", Rotondo told reporters after the hearing.
Michael Rotondo loaded up a pickup truck with several garbage bags and moved out.
Rotondo tells TMZ. he called the cops on his father in the midst of the moving process because his dad refused to hand over some toys he wanted to pack for his child - yes, Michael has a son. Instead of letting him in, his father offered to look for specific items and bring them out if he found them. He failed to persuade the judge to grant him another six months with his parents. The lego was reportedly found after police arrived.

Adding to the confusion is the "other" Rotondo is also looking for a home, though it's in California and he's doing it with the support of his parents.
Greenwood ruled in favour of Rotondo's parents, Mark and Christina, setting into motion the 30-year-old's eviction.
He told USA Today he's "glad to be out of this place" and said he would never talk to his parents again.
He gave an extensive interview to the Daily Mail about his 8-year-old son, claiming his problems with his parents stem from his attempts to regain custody rights to the boy.
Rotondo will apparently spend the next week living in an Airbnb in Syracuse, New York, before moving in with a distant cousin.
"This isn't a game show", he said.
