But with the report declining to determine whether there was obstruction of justice by the president, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer escalated their demands for the full document's release.

The letter is short on detail, though. Significantly, however, the report also says that Mueller's investigation "also does not exonerate him".
Democrats are preparing to fight to make sure as much as possible of Mueller's work is released, including Mueller's description of where Trump hindered his investigation.
They went on to say that Trump's claims of exoneration should not "be taken with any degree of credibility".
